CVS PHARMACY - Drug Stores of CIA
For many years, I have been getting my medicines at the following CVS PHARMACY STORES:
- Main Pharmacy: 1010 University Ave #C103, San Diego, CA 92103
- Temporary Pharmacy: 8260 Mira Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA 92126
These stores are not only "Pharmacies", but also "Torture Chambers + Drug Store of CIA". Even they have a delivery service for their customers, they always find ways to force me to come to pharmacy to get medicines. They delivery medicines to my home, but one of them are not correct as my doctor's prescription; instead of 60 pills a month, there is only 30 pills a month. When I call them to ask for the rest, they will find a reason to explain for that and finally I must come to Pharmacy to get the medicines, if not they will delivery late several days. Every time I come to get my medicines, people who work there use abuse languages to torture me. They force me to wait for longer time. They ask me questions about my medicines or give me less medicines (ex: 9 out of 10) to test my memory, etc. The following is one newest example:
For example: Last Wednesday, 17 Feb 2010, I called my main pharmacy because my "amlodipine besylate" was gone. I talked with a pharmacy assistant named Jacky. She told me she was gonna call my doctor to refill it, so I would have that medicine next day (Thursday).
Next day Thursday 18 Feb 2010, I called the Pharmacy again, another woman answered me. She repeated what Jacky had told me the day before. She needed to call my doctor for refill more. I had to ask her to borrow amlodipine besylate. She told me drive to Pharmacy to get it. I picked my two boys from school at 12:15pm and drove to the Pharmacy. They let me borrow only 6 pills and they told me I could have all my medication on Monday (6 pills only enough for 3 days only, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, no for Sunday. I thought it's OK and I would call them early Monday)
Today is Monday, I called the Pharmacy at 9:30am, I talked with Jacky again. I asked her to deliver for me early today since I missed amlodipine last Sunday already. They usually deliver at 9pm. I told her that is too dark and not secure to open the door at that time. Jacky said because I just called in for medication today, so they could not deliver sooner for me. They might deliver early a little bit before 9pm. Shoot! she was the one who had talked with me last Wednesday. Now she pretended she did not know my order last week. She did not I borrowed medicine last Thursday. I asked her for her last name. She told me: "My name is Jacky, that all". I asked her:"Do you have last name? Why are you afraid of giving out your last name?" She did not answer my question.
I called the Pharmacy again and requested to talk with the Pharmacy's manager, Peter. I told him that I wanted to complain about Jacky. I told him the above story. I said she was not a good pharmacy assistant. He said he would make a note in my file so their deliverers would give me my medication early in day. OK, I am not dead because of missing amlodipine one more day.
Another "weird" thing is they usually change medicines (same name but different pills). I don't have a lab to test their medicines, but I think CIA might order them to give me lethal medicines sometimes.
Some days when I have a chance to talk in Court, CVS Pharmacy definitely must be one member in the list of CIA's alliances: Sharp Memorial hospital, Sharp Grossmont hospital, Sharp Memorial Transplant Center, UCSD Transplant Center, UCSD Emergency La Jolla, FMC North America Dialysis Company, Davita Dialysis Company, Grossmont College, UPAC University, San Diego Police, CVS Pharmacy.
Thursday April 28, 2011:
San Diego City Beat Magazine wrote about me (http://www.sdcitybeat.com/sandiego/article-8993-tuans-paradoxes.html), but this CVS Pharmacy (downtown, above left picture) still apply their own torture method on me. Today, pharmacy people forced me to wait almost one hour to get my medicines.
During my waiting, they conducted psychological conversations, coughing, sneexing, etc. Finally, when they called me to get medicines, they pretended to give one item which I nolonger need it, instead they did not give me item that I need "LABELTALOL"
I might let them learn a lesson: I will transfer to different Pharmacy. They not only lose one customer (small thing), but they also lose their resputation (big thing) since San Diegan read this message.
